Made-to-order production

Most Wildflower Ceramics products are made to order by carefully selected production partners. Production usually takes 2 to 7 business days before an order ships. This is an estimate, not a guarantee, and production may take longer during holidays, high-volume periods, or circumstances outside our control.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates

Shipping is not free for print-on-demand products. Available shipping methods, charges, and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout before payment. Delivery estimates begin after production is complete.

Orders containing multiple products may be produced at different facilities and arrive in separate packages. When available, tracking information will be emailed after each package ships.

Shipping destinations, customs, and duties

Available shipping destinations are shown at checkout. For international orders, the recipient is responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country unless checkout states otherwise. Customs processing may delay delivery.

Address accuracy

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact us immediately at wildflowerceramicsnh@gmail.com if an address needs to be corrected. We cannot guarantee changes after an order enters production or ships. Additional shipping charges may apply if an order must be reproduced or reshipped because an incorrect address was provided.

Delayed, lost, or marked-delivered packages

Carrier delays can occur after an order leaves the production facility. If tracking has not updated for an extended period, or a package is marked delivered but cannot be located, first check the delivery area and contact the carrier. Then email us with your order number and tracking information so we can review the available options with the production partner or carrier.

Damaged packages

If an item arrives damaged, keep the item and packaging and contact us within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photographs so we can help promptly. See our Refund Policy for full details.
